Traci is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation and has over 20 years of organization development experience. She is adept at designing and implementing comprehensive approaches to proactively anticipate business needs as organizations and teams evolve. Her expertise includes facilitating team coaching that has included improvements with cohesiveness, structure, purposeful meetings and strategic coordination leading to greater productivity and achievement of outcomes.
Her overall coaching background includes leadership development, relationship strengthening, management consultation, conflict resolution and offering Employee Assistance Program services.
Traci has her Masters in Psychology, Bachelors in Human Resources Management, is certified as a coach through the International Coach Federation and Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching program, is completing her PhD in Organizational Systems, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has worked with both for-profit companies (including Fortune 500) and with non-profit organizations in addition to having been the Principal for an Employee Assistance Program in the early 2000s.
Traci has lived and worked outside of the U.S. and is conscientious of cultural nuances that allow her to be successful with strategic interventions in diverse situations.
Cory brings over 20 years of experience working with teams, individuals and various clients in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Both domestically and internationally, he has held leadership roles, managed groups of staff and specialized in sales, marketing, fund development and client services. Working as a coach, consultant and facilitator, Cory works with teams to maximize their collective contributions. He is an expert listener, which enhances his coaching and he has cultivated a niche in helping others to constructively manage conflict. Cory has been proactive with developing teams since 1995, recognizing early on the power of being deliberate with coordinating efforts.
Cory has a Master of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Management, is certified through Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching program and is a certified mediator in California.
