Her expertise includes providing individual and team coaching as well as facilitating transformational programs. Traci brings over 25 years’ experience as a leader, manager, consultant, and coach to all of her clients. She has lived and worked on three continents (North America, Asia, and Europe), and has experience with non-profit, government and corporate organizations (including Fortune 100). Traci works one-to-one with executives (C-Suite) and leaders from all aspects of the business and is successful coaching those from technical (engineering, legal, etc.) to creative (marketing, development, etc.) backgrounds due to her relational agility. Traci has significant experience working with teams including as a team leader, team facilitator and team coach. Skillfully empowering teams by strengthening cohesiveness and focusing on clarity, Traci is a catalyst for high performance and the achievement of results. With over 4,000 hours of coaching experience and specialized training, Traci is also a mentor and supervisor for other coaches. Cory is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and brings over 25 years of experience working with teams, individuals and various clients in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Working as a coach, consultant and facilitator, Cory works with individuals, leaders, and teams at all levels. He is an expert listener, which enhances his coaching and he has cultivated a niche in helping others to constructively manage conflict.
Cory utilizes a three-pronged approach with clients that includes skills-building, a mind-set focus and a systems-perspective. Coaching is the primary modality as it is facilitative rather than directive, to tap into inherent creativity and resourcefulness. All of his approaches are designed to promote growth, which goes beyond simply informing, as the aim is for transformation. To deepen clients’ experiences, Cory also helps people understand and overcome their immunity to change through a process he was certified to facilitate. He is particularly qualified to work with teams utilizing approaches he learned with Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching and the Global Team Coaching Institute. Cory has a Master of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Management, is certified through Fielding Graduate University’s Evidence Based Coaching program. |
